Brief introduction

The dual axis shredder is used to crush plastics, rubber, fibers, paper, wood, large hollow materials (plastic barrels and other large containers), and various mixed waste materials, especially waste containing metals, or pre crush waste containing mud and sand that is prone to tool wear. For example: roll film, woven bags, televisions, refrigerator shells, wood, car and medium-sized car tires and hollow barrels, fishing nets, cardboard, circuit boards, etc.

Operational principle

After the material enters the machine, it is cut, torn, and squeezed by a dual axis shredder to reduce the size of the material. The material is bitten and sheared by the teeth made of high hardness and wear-resistant materials that rotate in a staggered manner, and is split, crushed, and crushed to a size lower than the set size before being forced out of the machine. If encountering difficult to break objects during the shredding process, it will automatically reverse under the action of the PLC automatic control system, and repeat the forward and backward rotation multiple times until the material is crushed and discharged.
