There are many types of stone crushing equipment on the market, which can be divided into coarse stone crushing equipment, medium stone crushing equipment, and fine stone crushing equipment according to the discharge specifications.

1. Coarse stone crushing equipment

Coarse stone crushing equipment is generally used in the first crushing process of crushing production lines. Coarse stone crushing equipment has a large output and input, and the large raw stones mined can be crushed into stones of 100-300 millimeters in size. Coarse stone crushing equipment is represented by jaw crushers and hammer crushers.

2. Medium crushing stone crushing equipment

Previously processed stones with a diameter of 100-300 millimeters require secondary crushing. These stones are then transported by a belt conveyor to the intermediate stone crushing equipment. After secondary crushing, the intermediate stone crushing equipment can crush the stones into finished stones of 12/13/24 specifications. Common equipment for crushing medium sized stones includes impact crushers and cone crushers.

3. Fine crushing equipment

If the customer needs the finished product to be machine made sand, a portion of the material needs to be transported by a belt conveyor and enter the fine crushing process. The fine crushing process meets the fineness requirements of machine made sand, which is then screened by a vibrating screen and returned to be crushed again. This way, the finished product of machine made sand will meet the customer's requirements.
