Brief introduction

The metal shredder is a multifunctional and versatile machine that adopts standardized modular design, with good interchangeability of components, and is refined from die forgings with auxiliary knives. The metal shredder is mainly used to shear and squeeze large pieces of metal materials and large diameter cylindrical metal materials that are inconvenient to transport, and tear them into sheet materials that meet the requirements to increase their stacking density for easy transportation and recycling.

The metal shredder can mainly shred hard metal materials such as color steel tiles, discarded household appliances, large pipes, fittings, forklift pallets, tires, packaging drums, aluminum, copper, and iron with a thickness of less than 5mm, waste circuit boards (circuit boards), oil drums, paint drums, car casings, motorcycle engine casings, car oil filters, etc. The metal shredder can also shred and crush car tires and large PE pipes. It is a multifunctional metal shredder.

Operational principle

The materials enter the interior of the shredding machine through the feeding system, and the shredding machine is equipped with shredding blades. The materials are then subjected to a comprehensive process of tearing, squeezing, and shearing by the shredding blades, and are then shredded into small pieces that meet the requirements and discharged from the lower part of the machine. The emergence of metal shredders not only solves the problem of large-scale stacking of materials through processing and shredding, but also facilitates transportation and recycling. The most important thing in the entire process is the cutterhead and motor. The shredder shreds metal materials, and the hardness and wear resistance of the cutterhead are particularly high. If they do not meet the requirements, it will lead to damage to the shredder.
