Brief introduction

The box crusher has a high rotor speed and a large hammer moment of inertia, fully reflecting the advantages of using large crushing to small crushing and heavy crushing to light crushing. With a large crushing ratio, it can achieve complete crushing in one go, replacing traditional two-stage or three-stage crushing. This equipment has the characteristics of energy saving, high crushing ratio, large feed particle size, uniform discharge particle size, less over crushing phenomenon, compact structure, and convenient maintenance and replacement of vulnerable parts. The crushing of limestone, rock, gypsum, coal gangue and other materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 200 megapascals can be widely used in various quarries, stone production lines, sand production lines, and mineral crushing equipment.

Working principle

When the box crusher is in operation, the stone material falls directly into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it produces high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After passing through the hammer heads of the box crusher and hitting each other, the stone material will form vortex motion between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple mutual impacts, friction, crushing, and finally crushing to the required particle size.
