The rotor of a reversible crusher can rotate in both directions. After working for a period of time, if one side of the hammer head wears out, the rotor can be flipped and the other side of the hammer head can be used to work. This not only improves the utilization rate of the hammer head, but also reduces the frequency of hammer head replacement, making the discharge of the reversible hammer crusher stable and uniform in particle size.
The reversible crusher without grate overcomes the problems of high humidity and easy blockage of materials. It is commonly used to crush medium hardness brittle materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 120Mpa, such as coking coal, anthracite, and materials such as coal, coal gangue, gypsum, and alum used in sulfurized bed boilers in thermal power plants.
