The jaw crusher is powered by an electric motor and driven by a V-belt and a groove wheel to drive the eccentric shaft. The moving jaw moves back and forth according to a predetermined trajectory, crushing the materials entering the crushing chamber composed of fixed jaw plates, movable jaw plates, and edge guard plates, and discharging the finished materials through the lower discharge port.
The crushing method of this series of jaw crushers is a curved extrusion type. The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, and the moving jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw increases, thereby pushing the moving jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed multiple times, such as being squeezed, rubbed, and ground; When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw decreases. The moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the moving jaw of the crusher performs periodic crushing and discharging, achieving batch production.
Reasonable crushing chamber design, good motion parameters, and appropriate meshing angle and stroke characteristic values of the jaw crusher have been determined, providing larger crushing stroke, higher productivity, and greater bearing capacity. Compared with other products of the same specification, HD can increase its jaw crushing output by 30% -50%.
The mechanical structure optimization was carried out on the tooth shape of the jaw plate, using segmented curved jaw plates and manganese steel alloy materials to increase the thickness of the jaw plate of the jaw crusher, greatly improving the crushing force and effectively improving the crushing efficiency.
By optimizing the overall structure and counterweight, accurately calculating and analyzing the structure of the flywheel and groove wheel, as well as the weight of the counterweight block, the vibration level of the jaw crusher equipment is effectively reduced, making the operation of the equipment more stable and reliable.
Two oversized bearings support the entire moving jaw for operation, providing greater load-bearing capacity and smoother operation.
The flywheel adopts a reasonable structural layout to better balance the unbalanced force generated by eccentric operation, avoid machine damage caused by unbalanced vibration, and save installation space.
The automation process is high, reducing the labor force of workers, and the maintenance of equipment is very simple without excessive operation.
