Operational principle

The heavy hammer crusher is mainly composed of a casing, rotor, heavy hammer head, chassis, etc. When the heavy hammer breaks, the material enters the machine chamber from the feeding port and is rapidly crushed by the high-speed rotating heavy hammer head. The crushed material hits the wear-resistant lining plate again and is crushed. During the falling process, the material undergoes multiple impacts and grinding, and then the qualified material is discharged from the bottom sieve plate.
