Operational principle

The double toothed roller crusher uses the high extrusion force generated by the relative rotation of two wear-resistant toothed rollers to crush materials. After the material enters the gap between the two toothed rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), it is subjected to the extrusion and shear forces caused by the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers. Under the squeezing, shearing, and grinding, the material is crushed into the required particle size and then discharged through the discharge port.

The gasket device adjusts the discharge particle size by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of gaskets. When adding gaskets, the gap between the two rollers increases, and when reducing gaskets, the gap between the two rollers decreases, resulting in a smaller discharge particle size.
