Brief introduction

The composite crusher combines the advantages of impact crushing and hammer crushing, and is a new type of crusher equipment with fine crushing and coarse grinding functions. Operational principle

During work, the blocky ore falls into the upper crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and onto the throwing plate. With the centrifugal force of the throwing plate, the material is thrown towards the inner wall of the cylinder, violently colliding with the impact plate installed on the inner wall. At the same time, the materials collide with each other, causing them to break or produce a large number of hairline cracks. Then, the material enters the conical rotor chamber and falls in a spiral shape in the conical space. After stamping and squeezing, the cracked ore is further crushed.

Due to the slope between the conical rotor and the lining plate, smaller materials migrate downwards, achieving automatic classification and crushing from large to small. The material is hit by the hammer in the conical rotor cavity, and the high-speed running block material collides with the impact plate again. The material flow collides with each other, causing the material to be crushed through impact, impact, shear, and compression, thereby improving the crushing efficiency. The material falling from the conical rotor chamber enters the lower crushing chamber to further crush the material into small particles using the centrifugal force of the throwing disc. After the material enters the cylindrical rotor cavity, it is ground to further finely crush the material until it is broken into the desired shape.

3. The hammer head is made of forged and wear-resistant alloy, which has a long service life and is suitable for crushing medium hard and brittle materials.

4. The crushing ratio is relatively large, and the discharge particle size can be adjusted arbitrarily, without being affected by the wear of the plate hammer and lining plate.

5. No sieve bar setting, it is not easy to block materials with high moisture content and high mud content when crushing, and the moisture content can reach about 15%.
