Operational principle

The jaw crusher is powered by an electric motor and driven by a V-belt and a groove wheel to drive the eccentric shaft. The moving jaw moves back and forth according to a predetermined trajectory, crushing the materials entering the crushing chamber composed of fixed jaw plates, movable jaw plates, and edge guard plates, and discharging the finished materials through the lower discharge port.

The crushing method of this series of jaw crushers is a curved extrusion type. The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, and the moving jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw increases, thereby pushing the moving jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed multiple times, such as being squeezed, rubbed, and ground; When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw decreases. The moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the moving jaw of the crusher performs periodic crushing and discharging, achieving batch production.
