The rotor of a reversible crusher can rotate in both directions. After working for a period of time, if one side of the hammer head wears out, the rotor can be flipped and the other side of the hammer head can be used to work. This not only improves the utilization rate of the hammer head, but also reduces the frequency of hammer head replacement, making the discharge of the reversible hammer crusher stable and uniform in particle size.
The reversible crusher without grate overcomes the problems of high humidity and easy blockage of materials. It is commonly used to crush medium hardness brittle materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 120Mpa, such as coking coal, anthracite, and materials such as coal, coal gangue, gypsum, and alum used in sulfurized bed boilers in thermal power plants.
When the reversible crusher works, the electric motor drives the rotor to rotate through belt transmission, and the rotation of the rotor drives the hammer head on the rotor to rotate at high speed, hitting the material entering the crushing area, and the material is crushed by the hammer head's impact. The crushed material rushes into the counterattack zone at high speed and is broken again. In this way, the material undergoes multiple impacts to form particles with a particle size smaller than the gap between the hammer head and the impact plate, and is discharged.
