The double toothed roller crusher is a new type of toothed roller crusher, which has a relatively large crushing ratio among similar crushing equipment. The crushing ratio can reach (5-8), and the roller surface shape can be divided into coarse and fine toothed rollers. It can be adjusted according to the size of the material needed for production, and can be matched with coarse toothed rollers or medium toothed rollers according to the characteristics and requirements of the crushed material.

The double toothed roller crusher uses the high extrusion force generated by the relative rotation of two wear-resistant toothed rollers to crush materials. After the material enters the gap between the two toothed rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), it is subjected to the extrusion and shear forces caused by the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers. Under the squeezing, shearing, and grinding, the material is crushed into the required particle size and then discharged through the discharge port.
There is a wedge or gasket adjustment device installed between the two rollers, and the top of the wedge device is equipped with an adjustment bolt. When the adjustment bolt pulls the wedge upwards, the wedge will push the movable roller away from the fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers will increase, and the discharge particle size will increase. When the wedge is downward, the gap between the movable rollers will decrease under the action of the compression spring, and the discharge particle size will decrease. The gasket device adjusts the discharge particle size by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of gaskets. When adding gaskets, the gap between the two rollers increases, and when reducing gaskets, the gap between the two rollers decreases, resulting in a smaller discharge particle size.
