River pebbles/pebbles are hard solids shaped like goose eggs formed after millions of years of mountain and water impact and transportation. Their main component is silica, and the artificial sand and stone they produce meet the requirements of various regions for artificial sand and stone.
Advantages of river pebbles/pebbles materials: they are hard in quality, have strong compressive strength, and are the main materials for producing mechanism sand and gravel.
The sand making process for river pebbles/pebbles is divided into three stages: coarse crushing, fine crushing, sand screening, and sand washing recovery.
Phase 1: Coarse and fine crushing
The material is uniformly fed by a vibrating feeder through the silo and transported to a jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen and then transported by a belt conveyor to a cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
Phase 2: Sand making and screening
The crushed material is transported by a belt conveyor to a sand making machine for fine crushing. The fine crushed material is then sieved through a circular vibrating screen for coarse sand, medium sand, fine sand and other specifications.
Phase 3: Sand washing and recovery
For sand with strict requirements for powder content, a sand washing machine can be added behind the fine sand. The wastewater discharged by the sand washing machine can be recycled through the fine sand recovery device, reducing environmental pollution and increasing sand production.
