Introduction to Wet Sand Production Line Process

In the wet sand making process, the use of new sand making machines instead of high operating cost rod mills greatly improves the reliability of the operation of artificial sand production lines and ensures product quality.

This process is designed for materials below 40mm (processed by jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers and other coarse and medium crushers to below 40mm). In terms of production line configuration, a vertical axis impact crusher (VSI sand making machine) is used, which has the characteristics of high crushing efficiency (with fine crushing and coarse grinding functions), simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, low operating cost, and excellent product particle shape (cubic shape with less needle like content).

Process flow of wet sand production line

The 0-40mm aggregate is conveyed by a suspended feeder and a belt conveyor to a vertical impact crusher for crushing. The material produced by the impact crusher is screened by a vibrating screen, and materials larger than 5mm are returned to the impact crusher for re crushing, forming a closed loop. Materials smaller than 5mm enter the sand washing machine for cleaning, and the cleaned materials are transported to the finished material pile through a belt conveyor. In order to ensure the fineness modulus and gradation of the mechanism sand, the wastewater from cleaning the sand can enter the fine sand recovery system to recover fine sand below 0.16mm.
