Brief introduction

The equipment adopts a circular rolling shear method, which optimizes the stress condition, reduces the phenomenon of the rotating cutterhead being stuck, and also reduces the overturning torque on the crushing chamber. Structural composition

The tire shredder consists of components such as a feeding hopper, motor, transmission system, crushing chamber, screening mechanism, and frame. It has high production efficiency and can enable users to economically and effectively utilize large diameter tires. Using high hardness and wear-resistant alloy welding rods to weld the cutting edge of the disc, it has a long service life and can be repeatedly repaired and sharpened for use.

Operational principle

The tire shredder is the preferred machine for crushing rubber tires. During operation, the motor drives the cutterhead in the crushing chamber to rotate through the transmission system. Then, the tire that has already removed the tire lip steel ring is conveyed to the feeding hopper of the equipment through the conveyor. The tire enters the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and is then crushed by the cutterhead in a shearing and tearing manner. If the qualified material is discharged from the grinding equipment, the unqualified material is subjected to secondary crushing. Materials with finished materials less than or equal to 50 × 50 leak out from the circular mesh screen; Materials larger than 50 × 50 are returned to the crushing chamber through a circular roller screen for cyclic crushing until the size of the rubber block meets the requirements before being discharged from the crusher.
