The stone crushing production line mainly consists of vibrating feeders, jaw crushers, impact crushers, vibrating screens, belt conveyors, centralized electrical control equipment, etc. The designed output is generally 50-800T/H. To meet the different processing needs of customers, cone crushers, dust removal equipment, etc. can be equipped.
The large stones are uniformly fed into the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder in the material bin for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed stones are sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing. The finely crushed stones are sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening, and several different specifications of stones are screened. Stones that meet the particle requirements are sent to the finished material pile by the finished belt conveyor. Stones that do not meet the particle requirements are returned by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing, forming a closed circuit multiple cycles. The finished particle size can be combined and classified according to the user's requirements. To protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be configured.
(1) Before the entire production line runs, technical consultation and inspection should be conducted on all equipment to ensure the normal operation of each machine and equipment. In the early stage of foundation construction, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment foundation is firm and reliable.
(2) Start each device according to its normal startup sequence. Only after the current device runs smoothly and normally can the next device be started, and always pay attention to the operation of the machine. The normal start-up sequence of the stone crushing production line equipment is: conveyor, crusher, vibrating screen. After production is completed, it is necessary to confirm that there is no residue in the equipment, and the equipment shutdown sequence is the opposite.
(3) Strict equipment feeding requirements are required, and materials larger than the feeding size of the equipment or that are not crushable should not be fed into the crusher equipment, otherwise it will cause serious equipment wear or substandard sand and gravel quality.
(4) In the process of stone crushing production, if there is any abnormal noise or abnormal equipment operation, the machine should be stopped in a timely manner. After checking the machine and equipment to identify and solve the problem, the production process can continue. When there are foreign objects inside the equipment that cannot be broken, the feeding should be stopped to avoid blockage. During normal operation, in order to improve production, the feeding speed should be uniform.
(5) After production, the equipment should be properly stored and lubricated, and a rough inspection of the equipment should be carried out during production intervals.
