The equipment adopts a circular rolling shear method, which optimizes the stress condition, reduces the phenomenon of the rotating cutterhead being stuck, and also reduces the overturning torque on the crushing chamber. The tire shredder is the preferred machine for crushing rubber tires. During operation, the motor drives the cutterhead in the crushing chamber to rotate through the transmission system. The tire enters the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and is then crushed by the cutterhead in a shearing and tearing manner. If the qualified material is discharged from the grinding equipment, the unqualified material is subjected to secondary crushing. Materials with finished materials less than or equal to 50 × 50 leak out from the circular mesh screen; Materials larger than 50 × 50 are returned to the crushing chamber through a circular roller screen for cyclic crushing until the size of the rubber block meets the requirements before being discharged from the crusher.
