Granite characteristics

Granite has a uniform structure, hard texture, beautiful color, and durability, making it a high-quality building stone. Granite can be used in buildings from the roof to the floor, and if crushed, it can also be made into cement or rock to fill dams. Granite is not easily weathered, has a beautiful color, and can maintain its appearance for over a century. In addition to being used as an ideal building decoration and lobby floor, it is also an ideal material for outdoor carving. Because granite is rarer than ceramics or other artificial materials, laying granite flooring can greatly increase the value of large properties, and natural granite countertops have unique temperature resistance, making them an ideal choice for processing various types of panels.

Granite crushing production line process

The processing of granite is divided into three stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing by cone crusher, and sand shaping by sand making machine.

Phase 1: Coarse crushing

Granite bulk materials are uniformly fed by a vibrating feeder through the material bin, and then transported to a jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed materials are screened by a vibrating screen and transported by a belt conveyor to a cone crusher for intermediate and fine crushing.

Phase 2: Medium to fine crushing

The granite transported to the cone crusher is finely crushed and screened using a circular vibrating screen. Materials larger than or equal to 40mm are returned to the cone crusher for further crushing.

Phase 3: Sand making

Send crushed granite particles smaller than 40mm into the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping, and materials larger than or equal to 20mm are returned to the sand making machine for further fine crushing. Materials smaller than 20mm are sent to a circular vibrating screen for screening and packaging. If clean granite is required, it can be sent to a sand washing machine for cleaning.
