Volcanic rock is a type of volcanic eruption rock, which is neutral and is a common volcanic rock in the orogenic belt. It contains phenocrysts, which may be feldspar, pyroxene, hornblende, mica, or quartz. The main minerals contained are oxides of iron and titanium.
The processing of volcanic rock is divided into three stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing by cone crusher, and sand shaping by sand making machine.
Phase 1: Coarse crushing
The large blocks of volcanic rock material are uniformly fed by a vibrating feeder through the material bin, and then transported to a jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen and transported by a belt conveyor to a cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
Phase 2: Medium to fine crushing
The granite conveyed to the cone crusher is finely crushed and screened using a circular vibrating screen. Materials larger than or equal to 40mm are returned to the cone crusher for further crushing.
Phase 3: Sand making
Send crushed volcanic rock particles smaller than 40mm into the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping, and materials larger than or equal to 20mm are returned to the sand making machine for further fine crushing. Materials smaller than 20mm are sent to a circular vibrating screen for screening and packaging. If clean volcanic rock is required, it can be sent to a sand washing machine for cleaning.
