Introduction to the Cobble Crushing Production Line

The difference between the pebble crushing production line and the general stone production line is not significant, only in terms of particle size requirements. Customers can adjust according to their own process requirements.

The equipment of the pebble crushing production line is composed of a combination of a Hubei crusher (coarse crushing), a cone crusher (fine crushing), a vibrating screen (circular vibrating screen), a vibrating feeder, and a belt conveyor. According to different process requirements, use appropriate models of equipment for configuration to achieve better performance. This production line has a high degree of automation, low operating costs, high crushing rate, energy conservation, large output, low pollution, and easy maintenance. The produced mechanism sand meets the standards of building sand, with uniform particle size, good particle shape, and reasonable grading.

Process flow of pebble crushing production line

1. Primary crushing

The original pebble material passes through the silo, is uniformly fed by a vibrating feeder, and is transported to a jaw crusher for primary crushing. The material after primary crushing and the fine material screened by the vibrating feeder are transported together by a belt conveyor to the transfer material pile.

2. Medium fine crushing

The conveyor belt conveyor uniformly transports the transfer material pile to the cone crusher for intermediate and fine crushing, and after crushing, it is screened by a circular vibrating screen. The larger particle material is returned to the cone for further crushing.

3. Fine plastic surgery

Medium grained materials are sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing, and then screened by a circular vibrating screen. Larger grained pebbles are returned to the sand making machine for further crushing. Qualified products are transported by a belt conveyor to a storage pile for storage, while fine materials are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.

4. Sand washing finished product

The materials sent to the sand washing machine are cleaned by the sand washing machine and then transported to the storage pile by the belt conveyor as part of the product.
